A personal tunnel is easy. Shared ingress across a team is where it gets dangerous. So approval, scope, and expiry are part of the primitive here — not a policy doc nobody follows.
Nobody holds a standing key to production ingress. They ask, someone approves, the clock starts.
Route requests to a reviewer, a rota, or a channel. Standing access to shared ingress stops existing.
Granted for minutes, not forever. The session closes itself and the hostname goes cold.
